Polyurethane Flotation Machine Rotor

Polyurethane flotation rotor is the core wear-resistant component of flotation cell. It is integrally cast with high-strength polyurethane elastomer, which has much better abrasion resistance than rubber and ordinary steel. When rotating at high speed, the rotor mixes slurry and disperses air uniformly to form stable bubbles, improving mineral separation recovery rate. We support custom production according to customer drawings and dimensions, compatible with multiple types of flotation equipment. Polyurethane material features excellent wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and tear resistance, greatly extending service life and cutting maintenance downtime for mines.
