Our gearbox housing is made of HT250 grey cast iron. After annealing stress relief treatment, all parts are precision machined by large CNC machining centers for boring and milling. The housing features high rigidity, excellent vibration damping performance and stable sealing performance. It can bear heavy torque and hold gears, bearings and lubricating oil for power transmission assemblies. Widely used in mining equipment, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and industrial speed reducers. We provide full services including casting, CNC machining, NDT inspection and painting. Custom manufacturing according to drawings is available. All products pass strict dimensional and non-destructive testing before delivery. Stable quality and large-volume supply for global customers.
