Large Helical Gear

Our large helical gears are forged from alloy steel, processed via helical gear hobbing and precision gear grinding, with hardened tooth surface. The progressive meshing design brings smoother operation, less impact and lower noise, with higher load capacity than spur gears for continuous heavy-load working conditions. Our workshop is equipped with large hobbing machines, gear grinders and Klingelnberg gear measuring instruments. We specialize in custom non-standard helical gears. We can manufacture single helical gears as well as complete matched helical gear sets, and supply various specifications of reducer helical gears. We accept OEM orders from your drawings or samples, full quality traceability is guaranteed, third-party inspection is welcomed. Widely used for port gantry cranes, mining machinery, metallurgical equipment and heavy reducers. Material options: 40CrNiMo, 34CrNi3Mo, 42CrMo, manufactured in accordance with JB/T 6396 standard.
