The LVMH series horizontal vibrating centrifuge, designed and manufactured by Henan Sankuan Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment combining powerful centrifugal force with axial vibration. Designed for continuous dewatering of medium- and coarse-grained materials in large volumes, it is widely applied in the coal, mining, and non-metallic mineral industries. The equipment features a fully automated feed, dewatering, and discharge process, with high throughput and stable operation under intensive use.

Working PrincipleMaterial enters the rapidly rotating basket through the feed pipe. Under centrifugal force, moisture quickly passes through the screen slits and is discharged. An excitation system of two independent vibration motors creates an adjustable axial vibration of 2–6 mm, moving the material uniformly toward the discharge end for continuous discharge of the dewatered product. Polyurethane vibration isolators effectively reduce vibration and foundation load, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
