Vertical Scraper Centrifuge Dewatering Machine — Vertical Vibrating Centrifuge for Coal Slurry Dewatering

Our series of vertical vibrating centrifuges are solid-liquid separation equipment manufactured with vertical vibrating centrifuge technology, available in multiple specifications and models. They are suitable for dewatering clean coal, middlings, and other solid-liquid mixed slurries with a particle size of 0.5–75 mm. The series offers low dynamic load, long screen basket service life, smooth operation, easy maintenance, and low noise.

Working PrincipleThe screen basket rotates at high speed. Material enters the centrifuge through the inlet, and under centrifugal force, external moisture is removed and discharged through the screen slits. Two gear sets create a differential speed between the screen basket and the scraper, which scrapes off the material attached to the screen basket for continuous discharge.

Structural Features

• Large feed funnel opening for convenient feeding; material accumulates in the receiver and naturally forms a wear-resistant layer, eliminating wear liners and reducing product breakage.

• Assembled screen and screen support structure for easy screen replacement.

• The top bearing that transmits power to the screen is a wide-series rolling bearing, not prone to failure.

• Heavy cast steel housing covers the main drive bearings, extending bearing service life.

• Continuous lubrication: circulating oil reaches all internal bearings.
